In an article in IU’s student newspaper, the Indiana Daily Student, published on June 5, 2016, Robert “Rob” Liu was remembered by his friends, faculty and staff as “generous, loyal, and someone who embodied a pay-it-forward spirit.” Others remarked that they would remember Rob as the “smartest person they’ve ever met,” and above all, “Rob Liu had dreams of making the world a better place.” Your gift, regardless of amount, will help permanently endow the Robert Liu Memorial Fund as an enduring reminder of one student’s greatness among his classmates, faculty and staff.
** Per Indiana University Foundation policy, new endowment accounts which do not become fully funded at the required stated minimum through pledges/gifts at the time of the establishment of the account and through fulfilled pledges/gifts after five years will be converted, and all gifts will be made available to support the intent outlined in the supporting agreement.
