Our art, artifact, and photography collections contain about 87,000 items spanning more than 2,000 years of human history. Your support can help protect and grow the collections for the benefit of research and education.
For nearly 70 years, The Kinsey Institute has been a trusted source for investigating and informing the world about critical issues in sex, gender, and reproduction.
One of the ways that the institute fulfills its mission of advancing sexual health and knowledge worldwide is through the acquisition and maintenance of an impressive collection of art, artifacts, and photography prints and negatives. These collections run the gamut from ancient to modern and represent six continents.
Please help us preserve, protect and build these collections by making a gift to our Art and Artifacts Fund. These collections are an invaluable resource to be experienced by IU students and faculty, researchers, and community members—and with your help, we can ensure that they continue to be.
