The Hoosier Leadership Program IU Bloomington's premiere program for student leadership training and is supported by gifts made to the Dean's Leadership Education Fund.
The philosophy of the Hoosier Leadership Program is adapted from President Herman B Wells Coat of Arms and the Indiana University motto Lux Et Veritas "light and truth."
Following this philosophy, Student Life and Larning co-constructed a set of high impact leadership experiences for, and with IU Students.
Collectively known as the Hoosier Leadership Program, these three levels of involvement offer students experiential learning which parallels academic course work. The program is based on a philosophy of non-positional leadership and a process of exploring values, honing leadership skills, and becoming an inclusive leader.
The Hoosier Leadership Program prides itself on being open and available to all IUB students at any level in their collegiate career.

In addition to supporting the Hoosier Leadership Program, your gift to the Dean's Leadership Education Fund may also support other student leadership education opportunities including travel, room, and hospitality for educational speakers for leadership conferences, funding for the Indiana Leadership Institute, campus LeaderShape programs, and educational programs for the student organization community, and diversity education.
