The Colorado Chapter of the IUAA is asking you to invest in the education of an IU student who is a resident of Colorado. Your support will help us reach our goal of raising $15,000 for our scholarship fund.
The Colorado Chapter of IUAA has a long history of providing scholarships to Colorado residents attending Indiana University. We currently award $1,000 annually and are excited about raising more funds to make an even bigger impact.
As a fellow Hoosier, we are asking you to invest in the education of future students for years to come by contributing to our scholarship fund.
The Colorado Chapter’s executive board has established an overall goal of $25,000 for the Scholarship Fund. At this time, we have $10,000 in our fund -- just $15,000 away for our goal! If all of our IU friends were to make a one-time tax deductible gift, we would reach our goal!
By growing our scholarship fund in this way, our chapter will be able to focus our efforts on offering more activities that fulfill our core values of Personal and Professional Enrichment and Spirit, Pride, and Tradition. The Colorado Chapter is one the most active chapters in the country, even receiving recognition from IUAA for the activities we offer to local alumni. In 2015, our very own Board Member Pam Berke was a recipient of the IUAA President’s Award, the highest honor a volunteer can receive.
On behalf of future scholarship recipients and the Colorado Chapter Alumni Board, we hope we can count on your support.
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, please check the IU Foundation’s Matching Gifts website here.
